The Mutsu apple tree is a cross between a Golden Delicious and a Kiwifruit apple, and it produces large, round-conical apples with a yellow-green skin and a crisp, juicy flesh. Mutsu apples are known for their sweet and tart flavor, and they can be eaten fresh, baked, or cooked. They are also a good source of vitamins C and A.
