Blueberry ‘Bluecrop’ (Vaccinium corymbosum)
‘Bluecrop’ is the gold standard of northern highbush blueberries. It produces consistently high yields of medium-large berries with a balanced sweet-tart flavor. The berries are firm and hold up well to picking, shipping, and freezing, making this an excellent all-purpose variety for fresh eating, baking, and preserving.
It performs well in a wide range of soils and is particularly resistant to late spring frosts, drought, and fluctuating weather. A great backbone variety for blueberry hedges, food forests, and edible landscapes.
