The Ozark Premier is an heirloom variety of Japanese plum tree known for its large, sweet, and juicy fruits. It is a vigorous grower that produces heavy crops of plums that are excellent for fresh eating, canning, and baking. The Ozark Premier is also a popular choice for home winemakers. One of its most distinguishing features is its beautiful blooms. In early spring, the tree bursts into a profusion of sweetly fragrant, white 5-petaled blossoms. The blooms are so abundant that they completely cover the branches, creating a spectacular display that is sure to turn heads and attract pollinators.
